Cecilia Mangoba serves as the General Counsel at the San Francisco Employees' Retirement System. Prior to this role, Cecilia worked as a Deputy City Attorney at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office. Earlier in their career, Cecilia was an Associate at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe. Cecilia holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
