Garrison Clint is an experienced GIS Analyst at the San Diego County Water Authority, a position held since March 2001, following tenure as a GIS Technician at the County of San Diego from March 1999 to March 2001. Garrison earned a Master's degree in Geography from San Diego State University, with studies conducted between 1994 and 2001, and completed an earlier education at Grossmont College from 1989 to 1994.
