Craig Elitharp has extensive experience in water and environmental engineering, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for both Vallecitos Water District and San Diego County Water Authority, where Elitharp also holds the position of Vice Chair of the Engineering & Operations Committee. Elitharp has previously held leadership roles as Board President for Vallecitos Water District and served on the Board of Directors for California Association of Sanitation Agencies. With a background that includes senior engineering positions at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and substantial operational management experience at Rancho California Water District, Elitharp has a proven record in water operations, reclamation, and project management across various sectors, including public works. Elitharp's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering, with magna cum laude honors from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
