Connie Rascon Gunther, MBA, PMP, serves as the CEO and Senior Consultant of Gunther Services Inc. since July 2014, alongside being a Founding Member of San Diego Tech Hub since July 2019. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Connie held roles at Caterpillar Inc. and Deloitte, focusing on operational assessments and transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Previous positions include consulting for Abbott Diagnostics Business and L&M Machining Center, and serving as a Senior Program Manager at United Technologies, where responsibilities included integration in supply chain operations and program management. Academic qualifications feature an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and certifications in Project Management and International Business, among others.
