Pamela Starmack is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at The San Diego Regional Center since February 2022. In this role, Pamela oversees marketing efforts to support the organization’s mission of empowering over 40,000 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Previously, Pamela held the position of Marketing Communications Manager at San Diego-Imperial Counties Developmental Services Inc., further demonstrating expertise in promoting services that enhance the quality of life for the community served.
