Sarah Kelly is a civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in the energy and land development sectors. Currently serving as a Team Lead for Substation Capital Projects and a Senior Engineer at San Diego Gas & Electric since December 2011, Sarah manages significant engineering projects. Previously, as a Project Engineer/Manager at DGB Survey & Mapping Inc., from May 2005 to February 2011, Sarah oversaw all aspects of land development, from client consultations to final engineering drawings. Early career roles included Business Manager and Land Surveyor Assistant at DGB Survey & Mapping Inc., showcasing a diverse skill set in project management and technical drafting. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, earned in 2005.
