Michael Tilley has over two decades of experience in program and project management within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority since February 2019, Michael has advanced through various roles, including Program Manager and Project Manager at the San Diego Unified Port District from September 2002 to July 2006. Michael also holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Capstone University and an educational background from San Diego State University.
