Rosilynn Tillett serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at San Diego Blood Bank since October 2021, having previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist in both the same organization and at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute where responsibilities included talent management and full-cycle recruitment. Prior experience includes serving as Career Advising and Employer Relations Manager at Rady School of Management from June 2014 to August 2019, where Rosilynn provided career advising to graduate business students and developed training programs while liaising with local corporations. Earlier, Rosilynn worked at HP from July 2005 to January 2014 as a University Program Manager and Campus Recruiter, focusing on establishing partnerships with universities and managing recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
