Star Garcia, MPA, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operations at San Bernardino Superior Court, a position held since February 2022. Prior roles within the court include Court Operations Manager and District Manager I. Before joining the court, Star Garcia worked at the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health as a Program Coordinator from April 2021 to February 2022. Previous experience also includes the role of Clinic Operations Supervisor at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and various positions at the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Health, including Program Specialist II and Program Specialist I. Star Garcia earned a Master of Public Administration degree in Business Administration/Public Administration from California State University-San Bernardino, completing the program in 2016, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the same institution, obtained in 2011.
