Vanessa Singh is a seasoned fire prevention professional currently serving as a Fire Prevention Officer with the San Bernardino County Fire Department since December 2021. Previously held positions include Defensible Space Inspector at CAL FIRE and Apprentice Fire Inspector at La Verne Fire Department. Vanessa has also worked as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of La Mirada, addressing various municipal code violations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Fire Cadet with Anaheim Fire and Rescue, where involvement spanned Community Risk Reduction and Community Engagement, as well as positions as a Social Media Manager and CPR Instructor at Reliance Entertainment Medical Services and an Emergency Medical Technician at Ambuserve Ambulance. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate's degree in Fire Systems Technology from Rio Hondo College.
