Frank Scott, Jr.

Frank Scott, Jr. serves as the Mayor of Little Rock since January 2019 and is a National Advisory Council Member for FEMA as of December 2023. Frank's extensive career includes roles as Vice President at First Security Bank, where responsibilities included managing a commercial loan portfolio and business development. Previously, Frank directed the Board of Directors at the Little Rock Port Authority, overseeing commerce development, and served as Arkansas State Highway Commissioner, focusing on transportation infrastructure. Frank's experience also includes educational roles as an adjunct professor and trustee at multiple institutions, along with significant policy development work in the Office of Governor Mike Beebe. Frank holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BBA in Sales Management from The University of Memphis, complemented by a certificate in Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School.
