Avi Nair's work experience includes being an Interim Regional Director, ICT & Digital Media at San Bernardino Community College District since October 2022. They also worked as a Program Assistant at the same district from October 2018. Additionally, Avi Nair served as an Interim Industry Sector Manager at SBCCD/IEDRC starting in October 2022. They were a Program Assistant at San Bernardino Valley College from March 2018 to September 2018.

Avi Nair attended California State University-San Bernardino, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with a concentration in Management. Prior to that, they attended Riverside City College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Avi also attended Riverside City College for an Associate of Arts degree in Humanities & Fine Arts. Additionally, they studied Business Administration and Management at San Bernardino Valley College.
