Albe Elias Calles is an experienced professional in the field of legal and records management. Currently serving as an Executive Management Analyst in the legal department at the San Antonio Water System since October 2018, Albe previously spent five years as a Records Management Analyst and later as the Records Supervisor and Custodian of Records at the City of Brownsville's Police Department. Albe holds a degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville, earned between 2007 and 2010.
