Ricky Vasquez is an experienced event operations professional with a strong background in sports and event management. Currently serving as Event Operations Manager at San Antonio Sports since November 2021, Ricky previously held the position of Event Operations Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Signature Events at the Greater Waco Chamber and Event Manager at Paseo del Rio Association. Ricky's earlier roles include Program Coordinator at San Antonio Sports, an internship with the San Antonio Local Organizing Committee during the 2018 NCAA Men's Final Four, and internships with Six Flags Fiesta Texas and The University of Texas at San Antonio's Roadrunner Athletic Fund. Ricky earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport, Event, & Tourism Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2018.
