Katie Overstreet, PE, has been serving as a Utilities Engineer at the San Antonio River Authority since March 2020. Prior to this role, Katie worked as an Engineer at CP&Y, Inc. from June 2014 to March 2020, and gained experience as a Water Resources Intern at the San Antonio Water System during the summer of 2013. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2014.
