Elizabeth Garcia is an experienced professional in GIS analysis and project management, currently serving as a Project Office Analyst and GIS Analyst at the San Antonio River Authority since July 2018. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at Apple as a Geographic Information Systems Technician, where responsibilities included providing policy support and performing QA/QC within a geodatabase environment. Previous experience includes positions at HEB, Texas Department of Transportation as a GIS Project Lead, and a GIS Analyst Intern at Wilhoit Properties, Inc. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. Elizabeth has also contributed to environmental conservation efforts as a volunteer focused on sea turtle conservation.
