Lina Silva serves as the Director of Policy and Advocacy at the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since January 2024. As a small business owner of Caramelos Silbando SA de CV since January 2012, responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing employees, and developing strategies for profitability in the textile industry. Lina also held the position of Political Field Director for Frank Ramirez's campaign, where strategic voter outreach efforts were orchestrated. Additionally, experience includes serving as an International Development and Energy Consultant with Sherpas from September 2018 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs in Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
