Kiko Martinez is the Director of Communications at CyManII, the Cybersecurity Manufacturing Innovation Institute, since May 2023. With a strong background in writing and communications, Martinez has contributed as a writer for Remezcla, San Antonio Current, and mySanAntonio.com since 2014, 2004, and 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Editor at PayrollOrg from June 2016 to April 2023 and as Director of Public Relations and Communications at Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center from April 2015 to February 2016. Additional roles include Digital Media Manager at Southwest School of Art from January 2012 to March 2015, Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Providence Place-San Antonio from July 2007 to December 2011, and Entertainment Editor & Reporter at La Prensa Newspaper from May 2002 to June 2007. Kiko Martinez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a focus on Journalism from Our Lady of the Lake University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
