Phil Wilson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Biosplice Therapeutics since December 2016, after holding roles as Senior Director and Director of Corporate Development within the same organization. Prior to this, Phil Wilson worked as Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management from July 2015 to August 2016 and served in various capacities at Intervale Capital from January 2011 to July 2015, including Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate. Phil Wilson began a career in finance as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse from July 2008 to December 2010. Phil Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Bowdoin College, completed in 2008, and graduated from Episcopal Academy in 2004.
