Jurate Kelly-Rand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Jurate’s career began with roles as a Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential and Management Oversight at ROX|DOT, overseeing apartment management in Boston. Additionally, Jurate has experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and in business development. Jurate’s early career included significant management responsibilities at Abercrombie & Fitch in London, where strong leadership and sales skills were demonstrated. Jurate holds a Graduate International Tourism & Business degree and a Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management and Business from Middlesex University.
