Ross Januszyk is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain for Samuel Packaging Systems Group at Samuel, Son & Co. since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a $500M manufacturing division, implementing supply chain analytics, and developing operational reporting with Power BI. Prior to this role, Januszyk held various positions at USG, including Senior Manager for Order-to-Cash Business Analytics and Senior Manager for S&OP, driving significant system enhancements and leading a team across extensive manufacturing operations. Earlier career roles included Management Consultant Associate at PRTM Management Consultants, Patent Consultant at Law Offices of Dick & Harris, and Senior Electrical Engineer at Motorola.
