Andras Bagyinszki is an experienced Advanced Simulation Engineer currently working at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH, focusing on developing Thermal Runaway Numerical Simulation models for automotive battery packs and conducting experimental testing for thermal propagation prevention. Prior to this role, Andras served as Lead CFD Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities included the development of aerothermal simulation methods and supervision of lighting projects in an Agile environment. Additionally, Andras worked as a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer at AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt., handling complete vehicle thermal simulations and CAD geometry preparation, and started their career as a Research Student at Energy2050 at The University of Sheffield, concentrating on numerical modeling of combustion in gas turbines. Andras holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales.
