Chang Pae O serves as the Global Head of Technology and Product at Samsung Electronics since February 2021, overseeing significant technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Chang Pae O was the Head of Product/Project Management for Global Operators at Samsung Europe Telecommunication Operations from January 2015 to February 2021, leading product management teams and technology innovation efforts. Earlier experience includes roles as Global Project & Product Manager at both Samsung Europe Telecommunication Operations and Samsung Telecommunication Europe, managing the launch of flagship devices and key projects in collaboration with Vodafone. Chang Pae O began a career in the telecommunications field as a Research Software Engineer at Ericsson Eurolab from 2004 to 2005, focusing on innovative concepts in multi-hop ARQ. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University.
