Sora Shin

Technical Customer Support (cse Division - Apple) at Samsung Display

Sora Shin has over a decade of experience at Samsung Display, beginning in December 2010, with a focus on technical customer support and quality management for Apple products. In the CSE Division, Sora led cross-functional teams in South Korea and Vietnam, implementing innovative solutions for problem resolution and achieving mass production efficiency for display panels. As a Quality Manager in both the SQE Division for Apple and Samsung, Sora managed supplier quality control, enhancing inspection processes, and introducing data-driven quality monitoring systems which significantly reduced quality issues and improved yields. Prior experience includes a process engineer role where Sora contributed to the design and manufacturing cycle improvements for OLED masks. Sora holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Chonnam National University.
