Yong Park is currently the VP of Human Resources Management at Samsung Biologics, leading the CDMO business. With a background spanning over two decades at Samsung Electronics in various HR leadership roles, Park has extensive experience in global HR operations, talent management, and talent acquisition. Park holds a Bachelor's degree from Korea University, an MBA from Purdue University, and is a PhD Candidate in HRM from Chung-Ang University.
