Matt Bailley currently serves as the Associate Director of the CDO Sales Team at Samsung Biologics since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Repligen Corporation as an Account Manager from February 2022 to May 2023, and at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr. BioProduction Account Manager from January 2020 to February 2022. Experience also includes positions at GE Healthcare Life Sciences, where Matt held roles as an Account Manager and Technical Sales Specialist in Bioprocess Chromatography from June 2015 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Matt worked at EMD Millipore as a Process Development Scientist, supporting process optimization, and at Centocor in various engineering and scientific roles focusing on process development for large molecules. Matt Bailley holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
