Rushendra Paravasthu has a diverse work experience in various industries, starting with an internship at Hindustan Machine Tools Ltd in 2009. After completing their internship, they joined Colorado State University as a Graduate Research Assistant in August 2009, where they worked until December 2012. In August 2011, they also briefly served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the university.

Following their time at the university, Rushendra worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Obermeyer Hydro Inc. from July 2011 to January 2014. Rushendra then joined Seagate Technology as a Sr. Engineer in January 2014 and remained in the role until April 2018.

After Seagate, Rushendra joined Western Digital as a Strategic Cost Manager from April 2018 to August 2018. Rushendra then moved on to JUUL Labs as a Global Supply Manager - CM, where they worked from September 2018 to January 2020. Most recently, they have been employed at Samsara, initially as a Supply Chain Manager from February 2020 to October 2020, and currently as an NPI Sourcing Manager.

Throughout their career, Rushendra has gained experience in areas such as supply chain management, sourcing, cost management, and engineering.

Rushendra Paravasthu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University between 2005 and 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Colorado State University where they completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
