Disha P. has a diverse range of work experience. Disha currently holds the position of Project Manager at Sampled, a role they have been in since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Coordinator at the same company from June 2021 to December 2021. Earlier, they worked as a COVID Extractions Team Lead from December 2020 to May 2021, and as a COVID Extractions Technician from August 2020 to November 2020.

Before joining Sampled, Disha worked as an Engineering Research Assistant at the Center for Structured Organic Particulate Systems from June 2018 to May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Tutor at Eye Level Learning from December 2015 to September 2018. Disha also gained experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Rutgers Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences from September 2016 to May 2017.

Disha P. completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Piscataway High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Disha P. obtained various certifications such as Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Critical Thinking, Business Analysis for Project Managers, Change Management Foundations, Managing Jira Projects: 1 Introduction, and Managing Jira Projects: 2 Managing Boards from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in 2023.
