Melina Bousiou is currently employed as a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Samotics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Soft Skills Trainer at the Board of European Students of Technology from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they also served as the President of XXIII Board of BEST Patras. From 2020 to 2022 they worked as an Intern International Coordination Education JOICO EMEA at Henkel, and from 2022 to present they have been a Survey Design Associate at Dialectica.

Melina Bousiou is currently enrolled in the Integrated master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Patras, which they began in 2014 and is expected to complete in 2022.
