Anastasia Usoltseva is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as a Team Lead Recruitment Specialist at ecom.tech since June 2023, Anastasia previously held the role of Senior Technical Recruiter at Grid Dynamics from September 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building candidate pipelines.
