Akira Kobayashi currently serves as an Engineering Officer at Samoa Water Authority, a position held since February 2019. In addition, Akira has been working as a CAD Technician at OSM Consultant Ltd since January 2011. Akira completed education at Australia Pacific Technical College in 2016 and at the National University of Samoa (IOT) from 2009 to 2010.
