Jen Pracht is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in system processes and stakeholder engagement across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Analyst III at Sammons Financial Group Companies since April 2022, Jen focuses on enhancing business systems through effective IT collaboration. Prior experience at SE2, LLC included roles such as Business System Analyst II - Incident Management and Annuity Service Manager, where Jen provided critical technical support and managed customer service operations. Previously, Jen worked at Allstate in multiple roles related to annuity processing and problem resolution. Jen's early career involved accounting and managerial positions at Kelly Services and Amigos.
