Greg Monson, FSA, currently serves as Director & Actuary in Annuity Product Management at Sammons Financial Group Companies since June 2019, where responsibility includes setting business and inforce rates for fixed annuity blocks to meet profitability targets and collaborating with multiple teams for pricing model enhancements. Previous roles have included Manager & Actuary also at Sammons, focused on pricing model maintenance and financial reporting, and positions at Oliver Wyman specializing in cash flow modeling and M&A project support. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Actuarial Analyst at Global Atlantic Financial Group, working on statutory capital projections, and an internship at Aviva USA that improved reporting accuracy. Greg holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Iowa.
