Shin Yee Ang is a seasoned legal professional with experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Samling Group of Companies since November 2022, Shin Yee Ang is responsible for vetting, drafting, and reviewing domestic and cross-border agreements related to business operations. Prior to this, Shin Yee Ang worked at PERUSAHAAN OTOMOBIL NASIONAL SDN. BHD. as a Development Process Executive, focusing on contracts related to vehicle development. Shin Yee Ang has also held positions at Messrs Fernandez & Partners, Cheng Leng & Partners, Ng & Farah, and the Negeri Sembilan State Legal Advisor's Office, where responsibilities included client issue resolution, conveyancing matters, drafting legal documents, and exposure to civil and criminal litigation. Shin Yee Ang holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Malaya.
