From 2018 to 2019, they were a Technical Recruiter at Collabera Inc. and rpo international, respectively. Currently, they are a Senior IT Recruiter at Samiti Technology, Inc.

Chessan Sweet Rosila attended the University of Eastern Philippines (UEP) from 2013 to 2018, earning a Bachelors degree in Business of Administration major in Management.
