Malin Barringer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel at Saminvest AB since October 2019, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements and coordinating legal issues related to fund investments and divestments. Malin is also a board member of Inlandsinnovation AB, Fouriertransform AB, and Annexstruktur AB since April 2020 and February 2021, respectively. Previous experience includes holding the position of General Counsel at Sveriges Byggindustrier from October 2016 to September 2019, and serving in various legal roles focused on employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law at Hamilton Advokatbyrå, KLegal Advokatbyrå, KPMG, and as a Tingsnotarie at Köpings tingsrätt. Malin holds a Master of Law degree from Stockholm University and has furthered professional development through courses at Styrelseakademin and Fria Byggakademin.
