Matthew F. has worked in the software engineering field since 2014, beginning as a Junior Software Developer at SamCart. Matthew then progressed to Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at SamCart before taking on the role of Director of Customer Joy. Prior to this, Matthew F. worked at Music & Arts from 2011-2014 as a Piano & Vocal Instructor.

Matthew F. began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Bel Air High School and earned a Certificate of Merit. Matthew then attended Lebanon Valley College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Music Education. Finally, they attended Towson University from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Music.
