Misty Dusek possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Sambatek since October 2021. In this role, Misty builds and maintains the talent acquisition program, collaborates with various stakeholders, and develops strategies to enhance the hiring process and candidate experience. Prior experience includes nine years at Pace Analytical, where Misty progressed from Recruiting Coordinator to Senior Scientific Recruiter, effectively sourcing and hiring candidates for scientific positions. Misty's career began at Target as a Pharmacy Technician and Photographer. Misty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University, completed in 2010.
