Himanshi Kaushik possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Lead Talent Management for the Middle East & Africa at AECOM. Additionally, Himanshi holds the role of Lead Facilitator for the Global Manager Development Program and has previously served as Lead of Talent Management & Development for the India Region at AECOM. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Business Partner and an On-the-Job HR Trainee at PepsiCo. Himanshi holds an MBA in HR from the International School of Business & Media and a B.A. Hons in English Literature from Delhi University.
