Erin Hamilton has a diverse professional background with experience in customer success, accounts receivable, human resources, and healthcare. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager at SambaSafety since January 2018, Erin is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Previously, Erin worked at D & D SOUTHWEST from January 2007 to October 2017 as an Accounts Receivable & HR Specialist, where financial management and employee relations were primary duties. Additionally, Erin held the position of Certified Optician and ophthalmic technician at ABQ Health Partners Gibson Healthcare POC from July 2010 to September 2015, contributing expertise in eyewear and patient care.
