William (Rick) Badger is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in both clinical and pastoral roles. Currently, William Badger serves at Anesis Therapy since October 2022 and has been with the Samaritan Counseling Center of Southern Wisconsin since 2011. Prior to these roles, William Badger was the Senior Pastor at New Beginnings Alliance Church from September 1998 until December 2017. Additionally, William Badger retired as a Senior U.S. Probation Officer for the Western Wisconsin division after a two-decade tenure, where responsibilities included supervision, electronic monitoring, and specialization in mental health and gang/hate group issues. William Badger holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
