Minda Gelay is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and operations. Currently serving as Group HR Operation Manager at SAMANU since March 2020, Minda has held various managerial roles, including HR and Administration Manager at SAMANU and Human Capital Management Department Manager at East African Tiger Brands Industries PLC from March 2018 to February 2020. Minda also served as Director of HR & OD at Yes Brand Food and Beverages PLC and Branch Manager at Hamaressa Edible Oil Factory in late 2016. Furthermore, Minda has extensive experience with Haramaya University, holding the position of Director for Human Resource Management and Development from August 2007 to November 2016. Minda's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from NGVC and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, along with a diploma in Accounting from Alemaya University.
