Mikovhe Mahada is a qualified mining and ventilation specialist with extensive experience in underground environmental management and hygiene. Currently serving as a Ventilation Specialist at Samancor Chrome since August 2023, Mahada previously held the position of Section Ventilation Officer at Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine from June 2022 to August 2023. Earlier roles include Ventilation Officer at P2 BAUBA and Sibanye-Stillwater, where responsibilities encompassed conducting environmental surveys, risk assessments, and hygiene investigations related to dust and noise. Mahada holds a National Diploma in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, completed in June 2013.
