David Werdann has extensive experience in industrial machine maintenance and building maintenance. Currently serving as the Northeast Maintenance Manager at Metals USA since March 2003, David specializes in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with troubleshooting and fabrication. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at DnP Enterprises, LLC, where oversight of financial operations for a small woman-owned business took place from June 2015 to December 2019, and Maintenance Tech at Lang Development Group from 2007 to 2012. From July 1989 to May 2002, David held the position of Maintenance Manager at Steel Technologies, focusing on similar maintenance responsibilities. David is HVAC certified and holds both OSHA and EPA certifications, with a foundational education from the National Education Center, RETS campus from 1982 to 1984.
