Olga Leyba has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Olga started their career as a Software Developer at OWL in 2007 and worked there until 2008. Olga then joined TandemService as a Senior Software Developer, where they later became a Development Team Lead and a Business Analyst Team Lead. In these roles, Olga was responsible for requirement analysis, solution design modeling, and creating and maintaining tools for generating documentation. In 2015, they joined SaM Solutions as a Senior Software Developer, and later re-joined the company in 2018 as a Software Engineer. In between their stints at SaM Solutions, Olga worked at Softeq, where they served as a Team Lead. Olga'snotable achievements at Softeq include successfully implementing an Ink Replenishment System for a major corporate client and automating the E2E testing setup for a software solution in the AWS ecosystem.

Olga Leyba attended Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In addition, they obtained certifications in various fields. In November 2016, Olga completed the "Machine Learning" certification course offered by Coursera. In May 2015, they obtained a certification in "Principles of Reactive Programming" from Coursera Course Certificates. Lastly, in February 2017, Olga completed the "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" certification course conducted by Coursera.
