Samantha Allen is the Managing Partner at Sam Allen Associates since February 2009. In addition, Samantha serves as a Non Executive Director at DIAL Global, an organization dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive society. Previously, Samantha held the position of Managing Director for Boyden in the UK from 2007 to 2009, and served as Managing Partner at Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann from 2001 to 2007. Earlier in Samantha's career, a role as Group HR Director at Greene King was undertaken from 1995 to 2001.
