Shankar Subramanian is an experienced professional in production and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Salzer Group since March 2021. Previously, Shankar held positions including Senior Engineer at LGB LTD, where responsibilities included shop floor planning and process analysis, and Production Planning Engineer at Vishal Automation with a focus on production capacity and inventory management.
