Sergey Kvinikadze has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with extensive work experience in various roles. Sergey began their career in 2003 at TNK-BP, where they worked as an Oil and Gas Production Operator and Engineer, responsible for well repair and ensuring technological production processes. In 2009, they joined TyumenNIPIneft as a Chief Engineer of the project and Process Engineer, where they developed environmental and safe solutions for pipeline projects and protected design decisions. In 2015, Sergey joined Salym Petroleum Development as a Process Engineer, responsible for approving technical solutions for pipelines and creating design guides. Sergey later became the Head of the Design Management Service, Chief Specialist in Integrated Design, and Chief Project Engineer, managing a team of 9 people and providing technical expertise in oil, gas, and water pipelines.
Sergey Kvinikadze has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Sergey also holds a Master's degree in Safety Engineering and in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields from the same university, which they completed in 2006-2007.
