Anique Soetermeer-Gabriels serves as the Director of People and Culture at Salvia BioElectronics since November 2023, focusing on enabling individuals with migraine to regain their quality of life. As the owner of SoeterMEER since 2008, Anique has specialized in organizational, team, and individual development across various sectors, including corporate, government, and educational institutions. Previous roles include coaching at Fontys Hogeschool, acting as a business partner at Berg en Partners B.V., and co-founding HighTechXL, a venture-building accelerator. Anique’s experience spans managing the Smart Materials Accelerator at Brightlands Chemelot Campus, supporting startups with funding, and holding positions in prior organizations focused on recruitment and HR advisory. Educational credentials include a dual Bachelor's and Master's degree in Consultancy & Change Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a 2.5-year Bachelor's in Accountancy, Economics, and Accounting from Tilburg University.
