Amy Houck, COC, CPC, CFPC, is a seasoned medical records coder with extensive experience in the healthcare coding field. Currently employed at Salud Revenue Partners since January 2016, Amy specializes as a certified professional coder. Prior to this role, Amy has been self-employed as an office assistant since August 2013 and worked as a medical transcriptionist at Lafayette ENT from September 2008 to December 2013. Amy’s career in medical transcription began at Medrec Consulting, where employment lasted from December 1988 to August 2008. Amy holds several certifications, including Certified Professional Coder and Certified Outpatient Coder from the AAPC, as well as a Certified Family Practice Coder designation. Educationally, Amy earned an Associate's degree in Medical Secretary/Transcriptionist from Stautzenberger College-Maumee from 1981 to 1983.
